Our Birth Preparation Services

Light & Love offers specialized birth preparation services designed to address your individual needs and alleviate any fears or concerns you may have. These services focus on providing you with the knowledge, support, and resources necessary for a positive and empowering birth experience.

Birth Prep Class

Light & Love provides comprehensive information to help you understand the birthing process, create a birth plan that aligns with your values, and feel confident in your choices. Education is provided to give you all of the information that you need to make wise and informed decisions. This class will shine a LIGHT on your path as you prepare to welcome your little LOVE into the world! The Birth Prep Class is offered in-person, virtual or as a self-paced option. This Class is available separately and is also included in the Labor of Love Package.

Prenatal & Postpartum Visits

Benefit from unwavering support, where your concerns are heard and validated. You will be equipped to advocate for your preferences. I can also assist you with practical ways to prepare yourself and your home for the birth of your little LOVE. I can walk beside you on this journey and shine a LIGHT on the path as you welcome your little LOVE into the world! The Labor of Love Package includes 2 prenatal visits to assist you with preparing for the birth of your baby. I will stay in contact with you throughout your pregnancy to answer any questions that arise! Enjoy peace of mind after your birth as well with Postpartum Doula and IBCLC lactation support. The Labor and Birth Package includes 3 postpartum visits to assist you with infant care and feeding.

Labor and Birth Support

My presence as a Birth Doula will support you and empower you to embrace the moment fully. Support with comfort and coping techniques will connect you with your inner strength to approach birth with confidence and a sense of peace. Each labor is different and is an unknown path. Let my Labor Doula support shine a LIGHT on your path as you welcome your little LOVE into the world! Full and customized support at your comfort level will be provided throughout your labor birth. The Labor of Love package includes the Birth Prep Class and the Prenatal/Postpartum visits.
