Personalized labor doula support during your labor and delivery.  Light and Love is there with you for emotional support, assisting with comfort measures, providing education and advocating for your desired birth preferences.

Breastfeeding Support

Receive expert guidance and encouragement from a lactation consultant to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

Postpartum Doula

Light and Love provides postpartum doula support with postpartum recovery, baby care, breastfeeding and light household chores .  Overnight support is available to assist you with much needed rest!  Anything you need for continued care into the "4th" trimester.
